Guns.com Sell for $800,000 – Ranks as One of the Three Biggest Sales So Far in 2010

DNJournal has reported today that Moniker.com an ICANN Accredited Domain Registrar has completed the sale of Guns.com domain name for $800,000 to an unidentified buyer. That ranks as the highest .com sale of the new year and is the third highest sale overall, trailing only Poker.org at $1,000,000 and Credit.fr at €587,500 ($851,875). Michael Robertson discusses how he bought the domain name MP3.com for $1,000 back in 1997

Entrepreneur paid $1000 for MP3.com domain name, got 10,000 unique visitors in the first day.
